Door Pickup
Door pickup is arranged after payment. Here is what we need from you and what we do.
How door pickup works
- 01
Arranged after payment
Once your booking is paid for, we contact you to arrange a pickup time.
We - 02
Give us the pickup address
Provide the address the courier should collect from.
You - 03
Give us a ready time
Provide a time the parcel will be ready, so we can schedule the courier.
You - 04
Someone must be there
Someone needs to be present to hand over the parcel; if not, it must be ready for collection in the place you specify.
You - 05
Remote and outlying areas
For outlying islands or remote areas, contact us first to confirm that pickup is possible. Some areas may incur an additional charge — if there is one, we will tell you before arranging anything.
You - 06
If nobody is available
If the courier arrives and there is nobody to hand over the parcel, we will try to reach you to rearrange; this may cause a delay.
We
What you prepare
The courier takes away one labelled, sealed parcel, handed over by someone.
- 01Print the label and attach it to the parcel
- 02Give us the pickup address and a ready time
- 03Hand the parcel to the courier as arranged
- 04Declare the contents of your parcel accurately
- 05The parcel is sealed, and its size and weight are within the service line's limits
- 06If nobody will be in, name a place the courier can leave it
Label and packing list
Two documents, and the split matters: one is generated by the delivery network, the other is issued by us.
Shipping label
Network-generatedThe label is generated by the delivery network's system from your order — we do not produce labels ourselves. After payment we email you the printable file, and you print it.
- Put it on the largest flat face — not over a seam or a corner
- Keep the barcode flat: no creases, no tape over it
- One label per parcel; print separate labels for separate parcels
Packing list
Issued by usWe issue the packing list from what you declared at booking: item, quantity and declared value. You do not have to prepare one.
- Declare it accurately — customs may hold a parcel that does not match its paperwork
- It travels with the parcel as the basis for clearance and counting
- Tell us before pickup if the contents change; once the label is issued it has to be reissued
Why a pickup fails
Any one of these five sends the courier away empty-handed.
- 01
Nobody there to hand it over
The courier arrives and nobody answers. We try to reach you to rearrange, but that day's collection window is gone.
- 02
Label missing, faint or creased
Without a scannable label the courier cannot tie the parcel to an order, and will usually refuse it.
- 03
Parcel not sealed, or over size
An unsealed parcel is not collected. Anything over the line's size limit needs a different arrangement, or an extra charge.
- 04
Contents are prohibited or restricted
Liquids, powders, loose batteries, food and medicines are mostly not accepted. Found at the door, the parcel is refused and does not fly.
- 05
Address or ready time was wrong
A missing block, floor or phone number means the courier cannot find you; a ready time given too early means the parcel is not ready.
We confirm the pickup time with you before it is fixed. Collection itself is carried out by a courier from our delivery network.
