Frequently Asked Questions
Six groups, each answer inside two sentences. If yours is not here, ask us.
Quotes and pricing
01 · 0401Does the quote cost anything?
No — and no signup. Enter the destination and weight and the price appears immediately.
02What is included in a quote?
Freight, service fee and tax, itemised. Add-ons such as signature or protection are listed separately.
03Why does one destination have several prices?
Each service line has its own transit and cost; the quote lists them so you can choose the speed you pay for.
04How is the chargeable weight worked out?
The higher of the actual weight and the volumetric weight (L×W×H). The quote shows the chargeable weight it used.
Booking and payment
02 · 0301How do I book?
Quote → pick the service line → enter the delivery details and pay online. Nothing is arranged until payment is in.
Start a quote02What happens after I pay?
We book with our delivery network, then email your job number and a printable label.
03Can I change the address or cancel?
Before it reaches our delivery network, ask us and we will try. Once it is collected, the network's process applies and a change may not be possible.
Contact usDoor pickup
03 · 0401Can I schedule a door pickup?
Yes — door pickup is available across most of Hong Kong. For outlying islands or remote areas, contact us first; some addresses may incur an extra charge.
Pickup details02Do I have to drop it off?
After you book, we arrange a pickup time with you — you don't need to drop the parcel off yourself.
03Do you collect from outlying islands?
For outlying islands or remote areas, contact us first to confirm that pickup is possible. Some areas may incur an additional charge — if there is one, we will tell you before arranging anything.
04What if nobody is home?
If the courier arrives and there is nobody to hand over the parcel, we will try to reach you to rearrange; this may cause a delay.
Label and documents
04 · 0401Who produces the label?
The delivery network's system generates it from your order. We email you the printable file, and you print and attach it.
02Who produces the packing list?
We do — from what you declared at booking. It travels with the parcel to the delivery network.
03Do I need to file customs separately?
The contents and value you declare at booking are the customs data. If destination customs need extra documents, we tell you.
04The label will not print properly — what now?
Tell us and we resend the file. Without a scannable label the courier will not take the parcel.
Tracking and after-sales
05 · 0301How do I track my parcel?
We provide a tracking number after dispatch. Enter it on the Tracking page to see the delivery status. We also proactively follow up on your behalf.
Track a parcel02Who pays customs duties?
Duties and taxes are paid by the recipient by default. If the recipient refuses, the parcel cannot clear customs and the sender covers return fees.
03What if it is lost or damaged?
It is handled under the delivery network's claims standard, and needs your receipts. Contact us straight away and we open a case.
